After the Supreme Court struck down a portion of the Affordable Care Act, some conservative governors say they’ll stay out of a federally funded expansion of Medicaid. In fact, it’s a great deal — especially for Massachusetts. If all goes well, Obamacare will reduce the financial pressure on Massachusetts and give the state some room to make its economy more competitive. The challenge to Beacon Hill is to use this opportunity wisely.
