How sad to realize that, thanks to the dumbing down of our culture, too many words in this wonderful
collumn would be unrecognizable to the younger generation.
My feelings exactly. There are so many that are dumbed down. The things they don't know and will never know.
He was such a good writer that I used to avidly read everthing he wrote even though I almost never agreed with a thing he said.
