Me too, Numeral. Even then the cartoon portrays's Obama as being a confused person rather than the person who PLANNED to cause hysteria. The Globe still considers Barack Obama to be the first President who has no knowledge of and is not responsible for anything that goes wrong with either the US economy or US foreign policy.
