A Tea Party takeover, if you will

A MODEST PROPOSAL: that the Constitution of the United States be declared null and void. Congress, the federal court system, and the executive branch are to be dissolved. Government shall consist solely of a Council of 40 chosen from among Republican House members who are bona fide members of the Tea Party. All governance procedures and decisions shall be made by the council. Terms of office shall be indefinite, but if a member dies or wishes to be replaced, the electorate for the purpose shall be the electoral district that originally elected that member to Congress. No other portions of the country shall be allowed to participate in such election. In this way, the will of the American people, which apparently they know better than we do, shall never be defeated.
