Abortion should be part of care at all hospitals

Regarding buffer zones around entrances to known locations where pregnancy termination care is available, why not address the issue by addressing the paucity of entrances?

Why shouldn’t all Massachusetts hospitals and OB/GYN medical practice groups be required to provide legally authorized and medically sound pregnancy care in order to retain state certification? Individual doctors and nurses could seek personal exemptions, but not entire hospitals or practice groups desiring state certification as general providers of OB/GYN care.
