In teens’ choice of Plan B or pregnancy, can there be no abstentions?

IN HIS Dec. 9 editorial cartoon, Matt Davies depicts an over-the-counter Plan B pill and a crying baby, and asks: “Which of these responsibilities is a 15-year-old too young to be handled?’’ Why does it need to be a choice (so to speak)? I believe that most 15-year-olds are not ready for either responsibility.
