It’s a stretch to call firms that balk over premiums ‘scofflaws’

Yvonne Abraham is right that the cost of health bills is too high all around, and she is entitled to her opinion that companies that do not pay for their employees’ medical insurance are not being “fair,” writes Brett Randolph. But they are law-abiding corporate citizens nonetheless.
