RE “Tisei urges Tierney and wife to forfeit gambling-tied funds” (Metro, June 15): After having vowed not to make Patrice Tierney’s legal troubles an issue in his campaign, Richard Tisei, Republican candidate for Congress, has brought up the subject yet again.

Mrs. Tierney has been tried for the crime in court and has served her sentence. Democratic Representative John Tierney has spoken in public about it already.
