To Mitt Romney, House Speaker John Boehner, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown, Republicans in general, Tea Party people, talking heads on Fox News, and, last but surely not least, the four dissenting Supreme Court justices, particularly Antonin Scalia, regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, I quote a comment made by Justice Scalia following the Bush v.
