State’s partisan ways

RE “OUR tolerance for others’ opinions has been used against us” (letters, Aug. 1): For those of us who may need another way to look at Dianna Vosburg’s enlightened expansion of Neal Gabler’s July 28 op-ed “Denial of reality on the right,” in which she refers to “legislators who will act as sock puppets,” I would suggest everyone take a long look at the actions and partisan makeup of both the Massachusetts Legislature and the Massachusetts congressional delegation, and ponder just how democratic (small d) one-party rule is.
