The Republicans and their conservative base have the one-two punch to eradicate what’s left of the middle class. Should Mitt Romney and his running mate, Representative Paul Ryan, get elected, there is no doubt that the average American and the poor will feel the financial wrath these two out-of-touch politicians will rain upon them. Romney and Ryan have no idea what it’s like to live week to week, and, more important, don’t seem to care, judging from their tax policies and budget proposals. Hopefully the American electorate will do its homework, realize the destruction this ticket would do to our country and its people, and re-elect President Obama to a well-deserved second term.
