Romney’s reckless words are mark of a foreign-policy lightweight

Republican candidate Mitte Romney took a cheap shot in his reckless and senseless attack on President Obama’s supposed “apology” over the tragedy in Libya.

Without adequate command of the facts, which were still unfolding, and, more important, with blatant insensitivity to the losses of the embassy families, he revealed himself to be the reckless foreign policy lightweight I have suspected and feared him to be.

He is not a candidate worthy of the office to which he aspires.
