Inexperience is mark against Warren

What could Elizabeth Warren’s supporters possibly be thinking? The Senate candidate has no previous experience and training in management or elected office. She’s looking for on-the-job training at taxpayer expense. An employer couldn’t hire unqualified people and stay in business.

Many of us are tired of her commercials that say she’s going to hit the “big guys” to protect the middle class. She doesn’t say how she will do it. Maybe that’s because the “big guys” are government people who are messing up the country.

It seems her solution is to make government bigger and pay for new regulatory agencies with money we don’t have, while cutting taxes. That’s a novel idea. It’s called deficit spending.

Our grandchildren will be paying for these changes long after we’ve gone, with no benefits for future generations. It’s never worked before, but what the heck.

If Warren manages to get enough campaign cash from out-of-state unions and lobbies to get elected, we can hope it won’t be too expensive to pay for her mistakes while she’s learning.
