With Kerry eyed for Cabinet, we could see both Brown, Warren in Senate

Is it so far-fetched to believe that, within six months or so, both Senator Scott Brown and Elizabeth Warren will be our two US senators? With much talk of Senator John Kerry being our next secretary of state if President Obama is reelected, it would behoove both Senate candidates to be well prepared for a special election to fill Kerry’s seat.

With both candidates having excellent prospects for success in a special election, they may want to play it more cautiously right now and start debating in a more civil tone. It could be a win-win situation for each of them as well as for their supporters.
