Failure at White House to truly accept blame for security lapses

I have great respect for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and give her credit for taking responsibility for the security lapse in Libya. If she in fact were the senior administration official to actually sign off on security reductions, merely claiming responsibility is not enough. True responsibility would be shown by the public resignation of the true culprit.

I fear that Clinton is trying to shield those in Washington who are really responsible. Why can we never see a signature on a document that actually caused the abominable result?

Pres. Obama hates to admit there are terrorists in this world trying to kill Americans...he went to the UN and claim it was the video fault..,always blames someone else and yet the average person knew immediately when people show up with rocket launchers and aka rifles they are not there for peaceful purposes, but to kill. That blows his spiking the football about his or the seals killing Osama bin Laden and no more taliban.
