Lynn Oldach Engle’s letter states that “the assertions that hurricane prevalence is attributable to global warming have not been borne out by the evidence” (“Must every storm come with deluge of climate warnings?” Nov. 4).
The evidence does support the current assertions of climatologists that climate change will result in storms of greater intensity.
