Columnist captures power of film’s spirituality

Thank you, Jennifer Graham, for putting into words the way I felt after watching one of the most powerful films I’ve seen in a long time (“The faith personified in ‘Les Mis,’ ” Op-ed, Jan. 1).

Although I’ve thoroughly enjoyed stage productions of “Les Miserables,” I did not experience the deep spirituality I found in the film. The beautiful and touching ending had me in tears, and the music and performances were outstanding.
