We shouldn’t have to beg passengers for better behavior

Wow, did I just read Lisa Vaas (Letters, Feb. 23) write that she needs to get a “gentle reminder” to give up her seat on public transit to the standing pregnant woman whose belly is in front of her face? Thanks for letting us know that we should be the gatekeepers of people’s “better behavior” and let them know when they should practice it.
