NRA takes its message to the world


If anyone still doubts that the National Rifle Association has evolved into a truly radical organization, then the story about the arms treaty recently approved in the United Nations provides another piece of evidence (“In landmark vote, UN forges first global arms treaty,” Page A4, April 3). This treaty was actively opposed by only three countries — North Korea, Iran, and Syria — and the National Rifle Association.
