Many risk their lives every day to keep us safe

Every day, there are men and women in our military, government, and police departments who lay their lives on the line for us so that we can walk our streets without fear. I’ve always taken for granted the freedom in which we have lived for so long. Never have I considered the kind of sacrifice that is made every day so that I can continue to have that freedom.

I would like to applaud and thank our government agents and the local police departments for their tireless efforts to bring these two men to justice and once again make our streets safe. I would also like to thank the families of these courageous people, who stand behind their loved ones as they risk their lives to protect and serve.
