Why contribute to moral decay of society?

RE “boston schools might offer condoms” (Page A1, June 8): Why inthe world would the Boston school system want to start distributing condoms to students? How about getting back to decent morals and teaching abstinence, self-control, and respect for each other? As young people explore their so-called freedoms, it just contributes to the moral decay of our society as we fall deeper into human decline. I hope the Boston School Committee votes to reject this proposal.
