YOUR EDITORIAL supporting the drive to unionize among adjunct faculty at Northeastern misrepresents the views of a majority of tenured facility (“For Northeastern adjuncts, organizing is a no brainer,” April 21). Of course we think adjuncts should unionize. That’s because we think they are being exploited everywhere, and that any widespread reliance on adjunct faculty is immoral. Schools should make it possible for committed faculty to find a real career in teaching, instead of taking advantage of their idealism and hope.
