Potholes are potholes, whether it’s 1968 or 1998. But this year, the extreme weather has made for the perfect pothole storm. Lots of snow, extremely low temperatures alternating with fairly high temperatures are ripe ingredients for a pothole. — Thea Breite and Lisa Tuite
