Pierce gets All-Star nod; Garnett, Allen left out

Celtics forward Paul Pierce was the lone Boston player named as a reserve to the NBA's Eastern Conference All-Star team today. That means, of course, that Kevin Garnett, Rajon Rondo, and Ray Allen did not make the team.
