BALTIMORE — The furor over the state of the Red Sox clubhouse refuses to go away.
Team owners convened a series of meetings with manager Bobby Valentine and some of the players on July 26 in New York, and in one session some players expressed concern about the state of the team and their relationship with the manager, a person who was at the meeting told the Globe Tuesday.

Ortiz want$ to concentrate on ba$eball. That'$ hilariou$. I'm glad the Sox hired Bobby V. because Bobby has brought out the "real" personalities on this team. BTW Dustin, did you run to ownership when Tito did things to upset you?? Nope!!! Nice try Dustin but we're not buying your act any longer.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words! Look closely at this one. Valentine is doing all the talking and no one is listening. He lost this team long ago.
I'm sick of these millionaire, whine-filled, crybaby athletes who think they're the greatest things to walk on this planet just because they have athletic ability. Boo-hoo. They're can cry and moan all the way to the bank. Phooey on all of 'em......
Are we watching the, "Caine Mutiny," or, "Mr. Roberts," or, "Mutiny on the Bounty?". AKA, "The Fenway Mutiny," Mr. Valentine," and "Mutiny on the Good Ship Fenway?" Let's not limit this Soap Opera to movie comparisons...tune in tomorrow for the next episode of, "As the Red Sox Turn." Someone more clever and creative than I will have to write the, "Titanic," analogy.
