Back in Hockey East following a two-game set at North Dakota last weekend, Boston University kept up its successful start Friday night with a 3-1 victory over Merrimack in North Andover. The 11th-ranked Terriers have won four of their last five games, improving to 5-2 overall and 4-1 in conference play.
Senior Wade Megan was the catalyst for BU with a three-point night. He assisted on Ahti Oksanen’s goal that broke a scoreless tie early in the second period, and at 8:42 of the second he deposited a goal for a 2-0 advantage.
