■ The Wizards are the 12th team in NBA history to start the season 0-12, according to STATS, and are six away from equaling the New Jersey Nets’ record 0-18 start in 2009-10. In their first 11 games, Washington lost by a total of just 72 points and never by more than 16.
■ According to STATS, the Spurs-Wizards game was the first time teams met following double-overtime games since the Clippers and Lakers did on March 25, 2011.
■ The Thunder’s 64-24 margin over the Bobcats at the break was the fifth-biggest halftime lead in NBA history and the largest since Golden State set the record with an 88-41 edge on Sacramento on Nov. 2, 1991, according to STATS LLC. The Thunder franchise record for a halftime lead is 44, from the Seattle SuperSonics’ 75-31 lead against Boston on Nov. 23, 1967. That’s the second-largest halftime margin in NBA history.
■ Memphis caused 18 turnovers, the 116th consecutive game where the Grizzlies have forced at least 10 — the longest such streak in the NBA.
