FOXBOROUGH --- The Patriots conducted their first practice of the week -- in full pads -- on Wednesday in preparation for Sunday’s road game against the Miami Dolphins at Sun Life Stadium.

Wide receiver Julian Edelman, who suffered a head injury and was forced to leave the second half of last Thursday’s 49-19 romp against the Jets in New York, was present during the media-access portion of practice.
