Awful article. Of course the Patriots can lose. They did there 2 seasons ago and the dolphins are responsibloe for 7 of the Patriots last 15 division losses. It's called overlooking the competition. Dan should know all about that. He's about as guilty of it as you can be.
Sounds like all the Patriots have to do between now and February 3 is show up for the games. Trivializes all of the hard work (preparation and execution) and a little bit of luck it will take to get to the Super Bowl. Pretty arrogant stuff, even for Dan Shaughnessy.
