When it comes to concussions, protocol matters

Turns out there's a pulse in Cleveland, but it may be too late to save the dowtrodden Browns from further ignominy. Now in their 14th season since returning to the NFL, the Browns have had at least 10 losses in 10 of the last 13 years, and with two more they would become the eighth franchise to have five straight seasons with double-digit losses.
