Nick McDonald, Ron Brace inactive for Patriots

FOXBOROUGH Patriots offensive lineman Nick McDonald (shoulder) was declared inactive for tonight’s game against the Houston Texans, leaving the team short on veteran guards.

Also inactive for the Patriots is defensive linemen Ron Brace and Jake Bequette, safety Derrick Martin, running back James Develin, and offensive lineman Markus Zusevics.

Meanwhile, the Patriots activated running back Brandon Bolden after a four-game suspension for performance enhancing drugs.

Bolden was placed on the 53-man roster just hours before kickoff against the Houston Texans, but it’s undetermined if he will be suited up for action.
