I remember the Patriots spanking the Jets in their last regular season game in 2010.  The Jets came back a few weeks later and handily beat a flat Patriots team in the playoffs.  The time to taunt an opponent is AFTER you've beaten them.  The CHB loves to write the "Licking Our Chops" column in situations like this one and more often than not he winds up looking like a chump.
