A combination of Boston University and Boston Bruins players hit the ice today at BU's Agganis Arena.
Bruins enforcer Shawn Thornton smiled on the ice. The players are now preparing for a shortened NHL season, after players and owners settled their differences this weekend.
Bruins center Tyler Seguin practiced. "Words can't describe it", Seguin said about the lockout ending.
Rich Peverley and Brad Marchand talked on the ice.
The league has yet to announce the schedule for the regular season, and players do not know yet when training camp will start.
Goalie Tukka Rask suited up for the workout.
