FOXBOROUGH -- Patriots rookie cornerback Alfonzo Dennard was in Lancaster County, Neb., for a court appearance when he missed practice on Wednesday.

The hearing stems from his April 21 arrest outside of a Lincoln, Neb., bar, just days before the NFL Draft was set to begin.
