The Hingham boys’ and girls’ track teams, led by father and son coaching tandem Fred and David Jewett, earned their second consecutive Division 3 State Coaches Relay titles Sunday at the Reggie Lewis Center.

Fred, the boys’ coach, watched his team collect four first-place finishes and score 48 points, followed by Danvers (35.5), Burlington (27), and Wilmington (25). The Hingham girls, led by David, trailed Hopkinton, 52 to 47.5, after nine events but secured the title with a second-place finish in the 4 x 400 relay, the final event of the day.
