With less than two weeks left in the regular season, the ninth-ranked Hingham boys’ hockey team finds itself on the bubble of being a Super 8 team. But with a 3-1 win over No. 12 Winchester Monday, the Harbormen (12-5-1) made a statement in showing they belong in the tournament.

Hingham took an early lead in the first period when senior forward Jack Gordon scored off a rebound from his own shot. The goal was assisted by Luke D’Antuono and Jake Hanlon.
