LOS ANGELES -- The Celtics have acquired the bench scorer they were looking for, using the expiring contract of injured guard Leandro Barbosa to nab shooting guard Jordan Crawford from the Washington Wizards, according to NBA sources.

The Celtics will also send Jason Collins to Washington in the deal.
