BC unveils 2013 football schedule

New coach Steve Addazio will open the season with BC on Aug. 31.

Boston College revealed its football schedule for the 2013 season Monday, opening with a home game against Villanova on Aug. 31.

The Eagles’ Atlantic Coast Conference schedule kicks off the following week in a nationally televised home game against Wake Forest (Sept. 6) in prime time.


BC’s first road game will be at Southern Cal on Sept. 14, and the team visits New Mexico State Nov. 9 for the first-ever meeting with the Aggies. Army comes to Chestnut Hill on Oct. 5.

The Eagles will visit new ACC member Syracuse in the season finale on Nov. 30.
