If there already weren’t enough reasons to love the greatest player in Patriots history, TB12 has given us another with a team-friendly three-year, $27 million renegotiation/extension that should allow Wes Welker to stay a Patriot and coach Bill Belichick to apply some veteran spackle to his porous pass defense.

When it comes to being a true "team player" around here, Brady has ALREADY cemented his legacy in this town, in my mind anyway.
Brady said it best himself through John Dennis, "I don't want to talk about this" because most regular folks are struggling out there. The guy realizes he has a pretty good life and he does not want to throw this in the face of average Joe's like us. I applaud that! The guy has class!
