The Red Sox opened up Fenway Park for inspection on Friday, three days ahead of the home opener against the Orioles.
Pesky's Pole in right field sported a new coat of paint.
Signs hung around the park welcoming fans to Fenway's 101st season.
An employee cleaned the some of the seating areas.
Another employee put an advertisement in place on the left field wall.
And the Red Sox logo was attached to the wall also.
A fresh coat of paint was applied to the wall adjacent to the field.
Boston mayor Thomas Menino stopped by to check out the Red Sox' new menu offerings with team president Larry Lucchino, left.
