Being drafted in 1st round twice isn’t easy

Appel is poised to become the 16th player to be drafted twice in the first round since the draft began in 1965. Three of those players -- catchers Charles Johnson and Jason Varitek and outfielder J.D. Drew -- were All-Stars.
