Every Sunday, Boston Globe photographer Stan Grossfeld asks the subject of one of his photos to explain what’s happening in the shot.
Up today: World Series MVP David Ortiz runs down Boylston Street on his way to crossing the Marathon finish line during the Red Sox’ rolling rally, Nov. 2, 2013.
Said Ortiz: “Of course, there’s the memory of what happened this year. Once you got to the finish line, there were some memories. But today, my favorite memory is just seeing so many people having so much fun. You can never get tired of this, everyone is just so happy. This is the third time and every single time is very special.”
