Patriots’ defensive problems starting to pile up

Patriots replay: Breaking down Week 14

Tactics matter

Bill Belichick did all of the little things right on Sunday, and Browns coach Rob Chudzinski didn't.

Come on, Cleveland. You've got to cover up the center on a 4th-and-1 play. This was too easy for Tom Brady.

Gee, where do you think this kick is going? Cleveland has to do a better job of covering the middle of the field.

Block of the day

Danny Amendola, listed at 185 pounds, absolutely pancakes 240-pound linebacker D'Qwell Jackson on Vereen's touchdown run.

Josh Gordon's TD

Gordon took a quick slant and raced 80 yards for the touchdown in the third quarter. How come the Patriots weren't able to stop him?

We see the Patriots line up in basic two-deep man coverage, and Gordon running a quick slant on Aqib Talib.

The Patriots send an all-out blitz with seven pass rushers, leaving all four receivers in 1-on-1 coverage. Gordon catches the slant and has a clear path to the end zone.
