Devin McCourty was attended to by the Patriots medical staff after being injured in Baltimore.

FOXBOROUGH — Even though he missed all three practices this week after suffering a concussion in last Sunday’s win over Baltimore, Patriots safety Devin McCourty has not been ruled out of the regular-season finale against Buffalo.

McCourty was designated by the Patriots as “doubtful” for Sunday’s game at Gillette Stadium. The only player ruled out was receiver Josh Boyce, who also hasn’t practiced all week because of an ankle injury.
