Kevin Durant had 33 points, 13 rebounds, and 5 assists, and Oklahoma City won its second straight game without Russell Westbrook, beating Houston, 117-86, on Sunday night.

Jeremy Lamb added a career-high 22 points and five assists for Oklahoma City, which has the NBA’s best record at 25-5 and are 13-1 at home.

Reggie Jackson, starting in Westbrook’s place, had 16 points and eight assists. Westbrook underwent arthroscopic knee surgery Friday, his third surgery since last April.

Aaron Brooks had 17 points and Chandler Parsons scored 15 for Houston, which was playing its fourth game in five days. Houston coach Kevin McHale wouldn’t use fatigue as an excuse for the Rockets’ performance.

‘‘You’re playing basketball,’’ McHale said, shaking his head. ‘‘You’re not logging tall timbers, believe me. Four games in five nights . . . next question.

‘‘We couldn’t stop them. We couldn’t run. We had nothing.’’

76ers 111, Lakers 104 — Thaddeus Young scored 7 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter, Evan Turner added 22 points, and Philadelphia snapped its 13-game road losing streak with a victory in Los Angeles.

Spencer Hawes had 19 points and eight rebounds for the Sixers, who hadn’t won away from Philadelphia since their road opener on Nov. 1.

Nick Young scored 26 points on 6-for-21 shooting in the Lakers’ fifth consecutive loss.

Los Angeles, already down three guards, lost swingman Xavier Henry to a strained right knee.

Warriors 108, Cavaliers 104 — Stephen Curry scored 29 points and made a clutch jumper with 13.5 seconds left as Golden State opened a seven-game road trip with its fifth straight victory.

Curry overcame a poor shooting performance after halftime, and added 11 assists and nine rebounds in 48 minutes. Curry was just 2 of 12 from the floor in the second half and OT.

David Lee scored 19 before fouling out for the Warriors.

Kyrie Irving scored 27 for Cleveland, which dropped its fifth straight and its third tight game in a row. The Cavaliers lost by 3 in Boston on Saturday and 2 in double overtime against Atlanta on Thursday.

Spurs 112, Kings 104 — Manu Ginobili scored 28 points, Tony Parker added 22, and Tim Duncan had 17 points and 13 rebounds to lead host San Antonio over Sacramento. The trio scored San Antonio’s final 21 points in a 23-8 run to close the game.

DeMarcus Cousins had 29 points and 14 rebounds, Isaiah Thomas added 27 points, and Rudy Gay had 24 for Sacramento.

Magic 109, Hawks 102 — Arron Afflalo scored 20 points as host Orlando earned back-to-back victories for just the third time this season.
