DENVER –The Bruins face the Colorado Avalanche Friday in the first game of a back-to-back against Western Conference opponents. The Bruins head to Phoenix to play the Coyotoes Saturday to conclude their three-game road trip.
The big question for the Bruins Friday is whether they will be the first team in the NHL to clinch a spot in the playoffs. They can clinch if they beat the Avalanche, or if they get one point against Colorado and the Rangers lose to the Blue Jackets in regulation.
Boston, of course, also comes into this game looking to extend its 10-game winning streak.
