Holt went 1 for 3 Saturday, following his 2-for-4 outing Friday with another RBI.
Holt was congratulated as he headed to the dugout.
Uehara closed out the game, protecting the lead from Holt's RBI triple.
Ortiz gave Uehara the customary hug-and-lift after the win.
Jackie Bradley Jr., Jonny Gomes, and Grady Sizemore celebrated the 4-2 win.
The Red Sox face the Orioles again at 7:05 Sunday night.
