The Red Sox fell to the Detroit Tigers, 8-6, Saturday night in Detroit, extending their losing streak to five games.

Sox starter Jon Lester was charged with five runs over 4 innings. He allowed 12 hits and one walk and didn’t strike out a batter. Two of the hits were home runs, by Nick Castellanos in the third and Eugenio Suarez in the fourth.
