On Saturday afternoon, the NHL Players Association released the names of 20 players who have filed for salary arbitration. The only member of the Bruins on the list was defenseman Matt Bartkowski, who spent his first full season in the NHL in 2013-14.
The 26-year-old played in 64 games this past season, with 18 points (all assists). He finished at plus-22. He also played in eight playoff games, contributing one assist.
Salary arbitration hearings will be held in Toronto between July 20 and Aug. 4, and Bartkowski can still negotiate and sign a new deal leading up to his hearing.
The deadline for club-elected salary arbitration is July 6 at 5 p.m.
