Visitor information for Tennis Hall of Fame

 Where: The International Tennis Hall of Fame is located at 194 Bellevue Avenue in Newport, R.I.

 Hours: Daily, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. closing in July and August.

 Admission: $15 for adults, $12 for students, seniors, and the military. Admission is free for children under 16 thanks in part to proceeds from the sale of Sugarpova, a candy company owned by WTA star Maria Sharapova.

 Museum highlights: The centerpieces of the $3 million renovation are a holographic theater featuring 17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer and a 5-foot, touch-screen trivia and information table.

 Class of 2015: Two-time major champion Amelie Mauresmo, Paralympian David Hall, and contributor Nancy Jeffett will be inducted on Saturday, July 18.

 Hall of Fame Tennis Championships: Some of the world’s top players, including Americans John Isner and Jack Sock, are scheduled to play in the only grass-court event in the US, from July 11-19. For tickets, which include admission to the museum, go to halloffametennischampionships.com.

 Play: The Hall of Fame Tennis Club features 13 grass courts, which are open to the public. For information on court rental, contact Gibby Harnett at 401-849-4777.
